BondsPe acts strictly as an intermediary connecting institutional issuers and professional brokers with qualified investors.
By using the platform, even for browsing, you signify your full agreement to these terms and the associated privacy policies.
Users are obligated to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times during their engagement with the platform.
To access full features, including bond purchasing and portfolio tracking, account registration is mandatory.
KYC & Compliance Mandatory
All users must undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as per SEBI guidelines. Failure to provide valid documentation will result in account restriction.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- BondsPe reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of security protocols or suspicious activity.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is highly recommended for all users.
Content Ownership
All architectural designs, ledger code, and market data visualizations remain the exclusive property of BondsPe.
Lawful Usage
Usage of the platform for money laundering, unauthorized data mining, or disruptive digital acts is strictly prohibited.
BondsPe provides an architectural gateway but does not control market volatility or issuer solvency.
No liability for direct or indirect financial losses.
Market risks are solely borne by the user.
No responsibility for 3rd party content or links.
You agree to indemnify BondsPe.
Investments & Risks
Investments in fixed-income securities are subject to market risks, including interest rate and credit risk.

Termination & Governing Law

BondsPe reserves the right to terminate access for violations. Users may stop usage at any time, but obligations survive for ongoing transactions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
